Found that top rack adjusters the plastic tabs broke and rack falls off. Also found that the leaking is coming from though the float shut off due to the float being clogged with food/gunk and causing the float not to move up and down freely. Customer approved estimate. Cleaned float and showed customer. Also replaced upper rack adjuster kit. Tested and no leaks. Dishwasher is working good.

Install new blower wheel from last diagnosis. Also cleaned up idler pulley and rollers. Reassembled unit tested units working properly.

Samsung Washer Repair. Customer states machine giving error codes and struggles to balance sometimes. Stated machine and let it fill, discovered the drain hose would start siphoning water out out the machine. Also observed a leak in the machine. Discovered pressure sensor hose had fallen off. Reconnected pressure line and taped drain to fill hoses so that it would not siphon out. Tested machine and it seems to be working properly now.
