Upon inspection, found heavy cotton debris throughout inner drum. Manually released latch, drained water into bucket, used shop vac, and cleaned debris from unit. Fully disassembled machine, cleaned filter and sump assembly, reassembled, verified no leaks, and confirmed unit is now draining. Removed as much debris as possible from tub and ran OxiClean cycle to continue cleaning remaining residue. Unit is draining properly.

Called Bosch tech line and they advised this is normal condensation drying performance and recommended switching to Finish pods. No repairs recommended.
