I had explained the issue with my range over the phone to the best of my ability but fully expected the tech would come out and look at the range first and order the parts needed and then come back a later date to fix it. Instead the tech came with the parts needed and just dug right in and fixed everything in record time. He was on time and incredibly nice and knew exactly what to do to fix the range. Clearly the communication between everyone in the company is outstanding and if I could rate my experience higher than 5 stars I definitely would….. thank you all so much.
