Compressor and condenser fan were not running because power cord connection was not fully seated. Repositioned and secured power cord connection, and compressor and fan began running. Advised customer to avoid pulling on power cord. Unit is now operating properly.

This is not the techs fault but he came out for the third time to fix your dryer had to order a part. Replaces it and dryer doesn’t work the next day. Said there coming back out Monday and no show. We were 2nd to last on the list but got skipped and then can not even confirm a time for the next day. Very frustrating. The dryer is a week or two over a year old and has been nothing but problems. With the amount of parts and service calls into this they should just replace the dryer. Very upsetting though to take time out of an already busy day to not even show up and I had to cal first after being an hour over the appointment. Not great customer service. Feel like because GE is paying for this I’m getting low priority. Sad

They got me scheduled in very quickly and they kept me informed on when Collin would be coming to my house. Collin is a very professional guy, he was very quick to replace my microwave door with the new one and tested it to make sure everything was working correctly. I would recommend him to anyone.
