Its been repaired once before. Did another repair. Reconnecting broken wire. Tested unit is now working properly. Explained diagnosis to customer.

Unit making loud noise when tumbling. Disassembled unit and found two bad rollers. Replaced rollers. Also cleaned out all the lint. Oiled the other rollers. Reassembled and tested. Unit is working great again. This was an add on call. Was here for the washer. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

Customers complaint unit leaking. Unit is a front load on a pedestal in a tub. With a built in. Im not able to get the washer out. Tested unit and ran through test mode. let each water valve run for a minute 3 times and no leaks. Checked over the boot and nothing. No water on the bottom either. There is a lot of suds. Unit is suds out the back vent and marking a leak. Had to fill and drain multiple times to clear soap. Unit is working good.

Unit not cooling properly. Hooked up SmartHQ and found error for fresh food evap. Went to test mode and tested evap fan. Would randomly kick on. Quoted for new fan. Installed new fan. Updated with new software and cleared codes. Reassembled unit and tested; the unit is now working properly.
