Observed TE error on washing machine based on previous notes from previous repairs observed broken wire on therm used truck wire to extend wire connection on the and reconnected function test good error code gone

Arrived on site unable to duplicate called. Electrolux did troubleshooting in service mode cleared error codes and auto calibration 13 minute wash test which produced no error codes. I also adjusted drain hose loop so less slack was behind the dishwasher. All functions test good

Replaced freezer slide rails tests good

Two replacement freezer doors were at the model home when I arrived I chose one and replace the freezer door assembly all functions test good. I left the old door in its original box with the top off. I left the spare door that was not used still in its box with the top on.

Arrived on site customer told me that a different servicer has been out to look at the dishwasher the previous service or damaged the user interface board by scraping it across the anchor per customer. Previous service is coming back to replace the user interface client states dishes, not dry and dishwasher was not able to start, when I arrive, the blue light was splashing on the floor. I unplugged the unit plugged it back in and I was able to get back full control on the dishwasher. I also tested the heater and that test good. The customer will try to contact the previous servicer to complete the repair on the dishwasher.
