customer states intermittent high pitched noise/buzz from fridge, states has had multiple service visits from different providers, customer has video of noise. States last heard noise for about 20min two days ago. Called tech line, tried to submit customer video but tech line stated I have to capture the video in order to submit. customer states High pitched squealing type noise intermittently from fridge, customer had video of noise, noise is from refrigerant moving through tubing of fridge, instructed customer that refrigerant noise is part of normal operation and added extra insulation around evap inlet to help with excess noise from refrigerant phase change.
