Upon inspection unit had the drain line all the way inside drain in wall to pee trap ! Reinstalled drain line to washer and pluming with zip ties! So far no noise after that fix. I heard water backing up through plumbing !

Case 16523873 in stalled parts and now its tripping busman fuse. after blowing the fuse, I called tech line. They deemed unit unrepairable per case number in Notes advised me to give case number to customer and they will be reaching out to her and have us close out. Call done.
