Customer said fridge seemed to be getting warmer and then started hearing hissing sounds. Based on the explanation of the sounds it is normal. The defrost heater will get hot and water will hit it, making the hissing sound and I explained that it is normal. Also states that in user manual.I also recommended to get an accurate food temperature is to put a glass of water in fridge and then take the temperature of the water. Looking at air temperature thermometer wont be accurate based on opening doors/defrost cycle and other variables.I ran diagnostics mode and checked all functions. Refrigerator is working and cooling normally and no errors.Refrigerator is working good.
