Lower spray arm melted, has a big hole, and now its been leaking from the front bottom of tub. Found the lower spray arm is spraying water straight at the door, causing big waves of water. Water shoots out from the hole on the side of the spray arm. Also, unit didnt drain recently. I took apart sump assembly and found it plugged up with fat. Cleaned out the filter assembly. Now it drains great. Having new spray arm shipped to tenant and showed him how to pop it onto the stem. ; pckd up 1 5304517203 (SPRAY ARM)

Found that water supply was not turned fully on. Once water was fully on unit is operating properly.

Complaint is of OE error. Found that drain pump was running in spurts making strange noise. Removed pump and found sediment but no blockages. Pump has failed. Replaced pump and unit is now operating properly.; used 1 4681E2001T (DRAIN PUMP ASSM - MOTOR SOLD SEPARATELY) from stock

Complaint is unit wont run. Found that unit was full of water and not draining. Putting hand in garbage disposal found knockout plug for dishwasher drainage was still in blocking flow. Removed plug and unit is now operating properly.

Completed motor/inverter replacement. Unit is now operating properly.
