Collin was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. As I provided ‘symptoms’ for my screeching dryer, he had an idea of the issue and came prepared with to handle the issue. He thoroughly explained the warranty on their work. The dryer was fixed and maintained (greased where necessary). My only negative comment I have was the lint that was left behind on the floor that I had to clean up. I like to use the motto, leave a place (outdoors for instance) better than when you arrived, ie “Leave no trace”. I would use your service and welcome Collin again if I have any further issues.
