Arrived outside unable to duplicate noise client advised it was happening in a spin out. I called GE. We did a service mode calibration, and then put some clothes in the tub and did a spin out at maximum speed. Unit shook a little bit but calm down at the end at the maximum spin all functions seem normal and test good on washer.

Complaint is of no ice production, found unit also has poor flow from dispenser. When testing icemaker no water filled into tray. Removed icemaker fill tube and found it was frozen. Frozen tube and poor flow likely related to old water filter. Quoted to defrost ice maker fill tube. Customer approved.

First time with Omega. From booking to (my bad last minute change on schedule) to rep Evan who did the work, it was excellent. Evan identified the problem Immediately… and I concurred as I had the same issue with an older fridge at a rental. Booked, confirmed, arrived, fixed, done. This how it should be. I hope I don’t have to have omega back soon.. but something will happen of course, all homeowners know, and they will be the first number I call. Special thanks to Evan. Thank you.
Thank you so much, James, for your kind review! We are thrilled to hear about your positive experience with Evan and the service you received. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to assisting you with any future appliance needs.
