"Customer getting the E9 code. Which is a heater code removed heater pump assembly. Measured resistance found that it was open, which is bad swapped out for the new pump assembly once installed tested multiple times for leaks. Everythings working properly and unit is heating."

Unit not heating removed back cover tested thermostats found a bad thermostat. Quoted and installed part then cleaned up everything inside dryer and also tested airflow. Was getting 17 mph flow outside. Everything is working properly.

Replaced bad icemaker assembly. Now everything works great in service mode. Cycles and fills.
