Lucas and Colin are awesome! I was able to secure an appointment immediately, they showed up when they said they would, solved the broken dryer caper, also removed the gobs of lint from my dryer vent hose, and even had time to additionally inspect and replace a part in my oven all in an hour!! The initial fee that is required to make an appointment goes toward the bill. If you want to be sure what the labor fee would be, be sure to ask, but it was worth every penny.
