"Customer had an error code for no fill, and stated that no water was going into the machine. Checked the fill lines and the filter screens to make sure that they werent clogged. Checked valves to make sure theyre getting power. They are getting power but they were not opening and so the valve itself will need to be replaced. ; ordrd 1 203741 (Water valve)"

"Customer states at least, sometimes leaving a puddle of water on the floor. Open it up and saw a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer. Took a peek at the evaporator in the back and discovered the defrost drain was totally blocked and frozen over. Pull everything out of the freezer and manually defrosted the drain. The heater checked good so I think it was just the blocked drain. Wiped everything down and put everything back together and put all the food back in the freezer. I think that should be it. Everything looks good now."
