Pond arrival customer stated that the machine still turns off before the closer completely dry sometimes. Customer had a wet basket of laundry ready to go up on my arrival. Instructor customer not to use the energy saving setting as it can turn off the machine before it closer completely dry. Ran a basket of laundry through a full dry cycle and at the end of the cycle the laundry seem to have dried fine and nothing interrupted the cycle. Machine seems to be working properly

Replaced defrost timer and unit is now operating properly.

Returned with door boot and completed replacement. Unit is now properly.

customer states still no ice, tested and unit is harvesting and filling in test mode, IM mold sensor in spec, attempted to call tech line and went to VM m Mr Possible unit needed to be reset? If issues persist recommend replace 6113310100 icemaker 5993605800 control board

Replaced IM that was cracked, instructed Cx to wait 24hrs for unit to return to normal operation
