"Replaced heating element, tested and dryer is heating. I tested heat with vent attached and it got up to 280 degrees. I left message with the contact and informed him that vents would need to be cleaned for dryer to dry efficiently. Found that the the lint burned and singed the wires and likely caused short to trip beaker. Cleaned out inside dryer of lint and checked wires. While doing that I found that the heating element is shorted to ground. Heating element will need to be replaced.When i check part it shows NLA? Please look into this model and ensure that right part number and call customer with estimate. I called and let contact know and to also clean out vent I told him that office would follow up with him.D518199 heating element.; saved tckt

"Complaint is rear middle burner (warming burner) doesnt work. I turned it on, and every time I turn it on, it gets warm. Its not supposed to get hot like the others. It is working perfectly. Switch sends 120 to burner. All checks out good.

"Customer said that dryer wouldnt turn on. He would press start and nothing would happen. I got here. Pressed start dryer turns on and is tumbling, heating and working good. I checked inside dryer and no restrictions and anything that is out of the ordinary. Dryer is working good as im here.I informed customer and they will use as normal and call back if there are further intermittent issues."

Replaced upper rack adjusters. Rack now slides in and out smoothly. Tested all functions and dishwasher is working good.
