Turned water off at splitter and removed cold water hose from inlet valve. Directed hose into laundry sink and turned water back on, finding low pressure. Reconnected hose and found blue cold water valve handle feeding splitter was only half open. Opened valve fully, and unit is now receiving full cold water supply. Ran calibration cycle and informed front desk.

Ran short test cycle. Unit filled with hot and cold water, locked lid, agitated, drained, and spun properly. No error codes were present. Advised customer to contact us again if issue reappears.

Found cold water inlet valve filling slowly while hot water valve was operating normally. Customer had part 205765 onsite from Dey. Ran test and verified unit is filling properly with both hot and cold water and has no leaks.

Customer stated dryer was still squeaking. Inspected rollers, belt, and idler pulley, which were all newly installed and working properly. Inspected drum seal and found it good. Reinstalled unit, tested with and without load, and verified no noise. Customer noted major improvement. Unit is operating properly at this time.

Customer stated lf burner not working. After diagnosis determined unit needs lf surface element and new knobs. Will have office help locating/ordering parts; ordrng 1 316208100 (SWITCH - WARMING CENTER (ON COOKTOP)) and 1 316277700 (BURNER - COIL SURFACE UNIT 8' (WIRE-IN))
