"THE OVEN CAME UP TO TEMP THEN WOULD NOT KICK IN AND TEMPERATURE CONTINUED TO FALL. Customer said it would usually preheat, just not heat anymore after that. Now there getting a F9 error when its not heating at all. Found the ignitor is only drawing 2.9 amps and is taking a while to ignite. Range needs a new ignitor part number MEE61841401. They sent me a sensor and board. Please have them send an ignitor to the customer and reschedule. ; saved tckt"

"THE DRIVE ASSEMBLY IS NOT WORKING AND MAKING A LOUD NOISE, ERROR CODE F6E3. Theres a stored F6E3 error. I ran washer through test mode and its extremely loud in a spin, and makes a grinding noise when you stop it. The F6E3 error is a communication error between the two boards, but I cant get it to fail and give that error, so I dont know if thats really an issue. Washer is going to need a new gearcase part number W11449841, slider part number W10734521, spaner nut part number W11551646 and agitator screw. Please call in for authorization. "DRYER ISSUES, FAULT CODES, ERR-F3 ERROR CODE NOT HEATING. When I start it, I can see the ignitor glowing but no flame. Theres a service bulletin for this issue. Both gas valves are turned on. I have 120v to the wires there telling me to check in the service bulletin. I called techline and was on hold for 27 minutes before I hung up because I need to get to my next job. The service bulletin says to check gas pressure at the back of dryer and I cant do that. Maybe they need to have someone come check pressure at the supply line on back of dryer. Phil said to reschedule me to come back with Phillip. This is a stacked washer in a closet and its in a pan, so its going to take extra time, so please make sure and schedule extra time. Also can someone order me a gas valve before I go back. It confusing on the parts diagram and Im not sure what all pieces to order and I ran out of time. ; saved tckt"

We were so pleased with the quick service and the expertise, professionalism, and kindness of the technician. Seth is who responded to our service call. He was honest and explained all that was wrong. He had our best interest at heart and we truly appreciated that. He checked everything over and provided an estimate for what parts and labor would cost. It was pretty high and we appreciated him being honest in the fact it may not be worth the fix. He left the decision to us and told us he would do his best if we decided to fix the issues to provide the best service to get our washer up and running again. We truly believe he would have done that! We also were not charged any extra over and above the service call pymt we had prepaid. What a kind, yet very professional technician who truly cares about the clients and their best interest at heart. We decided to buy a new washer due to all the issues with our old machine. We will highly recommend your Company to others! It felt so good knowing the honesty your company provides.
