I am a service provider in a different industry… Paul was very unprofessional. Suggesting that my washer was the quietest machine he has ever heard. He then compared my unit to “showroom” machines and stated 9/10 machines are louder than mine. He ran a service test, did not put anything in the drum, (my complaint is the machine is loud when spinning). Not sure how you diagnose a problem with nothing in the machine. Putting drag or strain on the tub. Also after he left my pedestal drawer slide was broken. When I called the company to follow up I was told that a WO for parts was ordered but not completed. Overall I would not recommend Paul or Omega. Terrible service, terrible customer service at the company and now I have an additional item to fix.
