Some buttons on user interface hard to operate replaced UI board test good

Lint trap somehow got pulled out and clothes fell into trap and got caught in the blower wheel. Also there has been small drips of water from front of door.I removed socks from bower wheel, lint trap looks good, no damage, not sure how or why lint trap came out during drying cycle. Tested dryer with dryer vent disconnected and it is cycling heat normally @ 158 degrees to 130 degrees. I attached vent and heat spiked to 194 degrees. Not venting out very well and the ot humid air gets stuck inside the dryer causing more moisture build up to drip from door. Dryer vent will need to be cleaned/inspected for better venting.Dryer itself is working well.

Customer states that ice is inconsistent and will sometimes fill too much and fall over the back of ice bucket and other times ice wont be made.Found that customer had kept an ice scoop in the ice bucket that would likely cause the ice arm to sense that ice bucket was full and wouldnt make ice or would shift causing ice to fall over the sides of ice bucket.I showed customer and informed the to not keep the ice scoop in the bucket and see how ice maker preforms.I tested ice maker and it cycles, drops ice and fills.refrigerator is working well.

No ice being made. Found that the water fill line to ice maker is frozen. Defrosted waterline and replaced water valve. Tested and ice maker cycles and fills. Refrigerator is working good. Informed customer that could take 23-48 hours to make ice.

Replaced both inlet water valve and dual water valve inside door. Tested and water dispenses and ice maker cycles and fills. Should take care of the intermittent ice production issue.Refrigerator is functioning and working good as im here.
