"Found that left side of upper rack adjuster, several plastic pieces have broke and is hanging off and will fall out when pushing in/out upper rack. Needs several plastic pieces and the upper spray arm. Ordering parts and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 Wpw10448645 (Upper spray arm) and 1 Wpw10546503 (Adjuster) and 1 Wpw10195839 (Tether) and 1 Wpw10195840 (Positioner)"

Omega is very fast, they respond immediately, they are very good about communication and timeliness. The person that they sent, Paul, is extremely courteous and competent. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it very quickly.
