Kitchen aid cook top. Burners are not clicking. Checked voltage at cooktop outlet. Found no voltage at outlet. Checked circuit breakers. Found no circuit breakers tripped. Checked GFI at kitchen wall outlets. Found one tripped. Reset outlet. Cook top now has power. Checked all burners. All are igniting with spark electrodes. If issue returns recommend having electrician check GFI on that wall outlets.

Found damaged lid lock and bezel. Removed and replaced with new. Tested operations. Verified lid lock is now operating properly and washer is working.

Arrived on site per client plastic burning smell at end of cycle heater test good - disassembled door checked wiring harness checked control board checked heater harness all all look good no shorts no melting advised client possible contaminants got onto heater element and is now burned away

Replaced evaporator wiring harness. Advised customer to monitor back wall of freezer for any snow build up in the coming weeks

install new auger motor from last diagnosis once it was installed tested make sure unit was working properly. Tried to multiple times and every time now the dispenser is working. The shaft on the auger that connects from the auger motor to the ice bucket has somewhere on it, but its still working properly if this unit ever fails again well probably need to get that shaft as well
