"Installed new control board from last diagnosis. Reassembled unit. tested all the features. Bake, broil,convection, timer and set the clock. Cooling fan is kicking in and temp is reading accurate.

"Bill will out here in October 2023. connection on the relay and soldered it this time were having a issue besides bake and broil not working this time disassembled to get to control board found a bad resistor blowing, unable to tell how much resistance that resistor has to replace it will need new control board. Dana was able to source a new control board please order control board right away and we will have to reschedule customer I didnt get a reply fast enough of how soon we would get the part so I have them down for Tuesday the 13th and it sounds like it wont come now till the 14th.; ordrng 1 DE81-09179A (Board)"

"Call Tamara has had another provider out there and they cannot figure out whats going on as a replace control board and other parts unit wont bake everything else work properly when you put it to bake here try to spark, but nothing is working when Im finding is that the wiring is badso I quoted for new wiring and new igniter and rescheduled; ordrng 1 WP9760229 (IGNITER - OVEN GLOW) and 1 WP9762904 (SPARK SWITCH HARNESS)"

Customer complaint is door is just following down when they open it and Tek is out of adjustment. Adjusted springs to as max as they can now the door shuts softer. It does have a panel on the outside. Customer is happy with the way the door opens and closes the reason why the thing came loose is they did strap it incorrectly reinstalled and now unit is working properly.

Installed new door from last diagnosis and latch. Tested afterwards and working great.
