Replaced door switch assembly and switch for dishwasher. Started unit and verified operations. Dishwasher working as it should again.

Customer stated unit wont spin, E11 error. They unplugged, and when plugging unit back in it goes to E11 and makes a grinding noise. Plugged unit in and found E11 error for fill time too long. Found cold valve turned off, customer in the process of a remodel and replaced counter tops in laundry room. Performed test mode, unit operated as it should. Only fault in history was E-11. Reset error codes. Secured drain hose with zippy tie. Washer in good working order now.

Customer stated water leaks into tub slowly. Diagnosed and replaced leaky water mixing valves. Started unit and verified operations. Washer in good working order.

Customer stated they bought unit off marketplace a week ago and now it is noisy. Found ice build up in freezer evap coil hitting fan blade. Tested defrost operation and steamed out 100% of ice. Found drain plugged. Cleared plugged drain. Restarted unit. Unit operating properly. If problems return, recommend new adaptive defrost control board

Replaced faulty top oven cooling fan, along with fuse and limit as a precautionary measure. Started and verified oven and cooling fan operating again. Cooling fan now operates with oven and cools controls as it should.
