Replaced failed ice maker, cleared frozen light switch, and tested. Freezer lights and ice maker operating properly

Replaced faulty defrost sensor causing frost buildup. Tested heater operation. Unit operating properly

Customer stated unit was giving UB error codes. Verified UB code and checked unbalance switch and output board, both of which tested good. Found some loose bolts, tightened them, and restarted test cycle. Unit is now operating properly. Ran multiple test cycles with no codes returning.

Customer stated there was a small water puddle at bottom right of refrigerator every other day and had previously noticed a chemical-smelling residue in freezer. At time of visit, issue had not occurred for a few days and odor had disappeared. Refrigerator had good frost pattern and defrosted normally into drip pan. No leaks were observed. Unit is not connected to water. Customer will monitor to see whether issue returns or leaves a trail.

Customer stated unit was noisy. Motor had previously been diagnosed as the cause. Returned with new motor, installed it, started test cycle, and verified unit is no longer noisy and is operating properly.
