Installed new part and tested. Machine seems to be working properly now.

I removed the plunger style door switch and installed the replacement. Plugged the appliance back in and tested the clean cycle. The appliance goes into clean cycle and locks the door, the range of back to new condition.

Installed new solenoid valve and Ice maker assembly , steamed open the ice maker fill line, it had frozen shut. Likely from a bad solenoid and ice maker.

Upon arrival, evacuate the machine and remove the old compressor. Installed new machine evacuated the system again and charged with refrigerant. Tested the machine seems to be working properly now.

The range is fully functional, except for the clean function. The clean cycle requires a lock to engage the door, lock is operated by a motor and proven with a micro switch. The micro switch tests good but the motor isnt moving to close the switch, power is traveling to the motor. Im ordering a new PC board and motor latch, I will only replace the board if the motor latch replacement doesnt work. All facts point to a bad motor latch.I ordered new parts and rescheduled for the week of August 3rd.; ordrng 1 5304518023 (PC BOARD) and 1 5304528973 (Motor latch)
