Upon arrival customer stated it makes a squeaky sound. Discovered the condenser fan blade had fallen off of the motor shaft and was rubbing. Reinstalled the fan blade correctly and ensured it was secured. Tested and machine seems much better now.

Upon arrival, customer states the machine is still making a rattling sound. Opened up the machine and found the gas valve had not been slid all the way for before installation, and the burner assembly was rattling up against the orifice on the valve. Tightened all this down and reassembled the machine. Tested for a period of about 15 minutes and it appears to be quiet and working correctly now.

On arrival, replace the valve with part under warranty and tested. Machine seems to be working properly now.

On arrival installed new magnetron tube and high-voltage fuse. Tested in the machine seems to be working properly.

Customer states she makes a rattle sound after warms up. Started the machine and observed the rattling sound. Sound like sheet metal tapping on itself. Level the machine and the sound went away. Almost immediately. Machine seems to be much quieter now. Complete
