Installed new defrost timer ! Tested unit after installation ! Unit is good to go ! Cycled perfect done!Installed part number 5304526183 done part was on site!

Complaint is not cooling all the way on arrival unit was plugged in. It was about 22? in the freezer hooked up. My gauges was getting about -25 psi. Pressurized up to 200 psis and used my leak detector tool. Was going off in the evaporator. Installed new evaporator compressor and filter dryer once it was all done reassemble pressurized to 200 psi was getting no leaks. Vacuumed under 300 ?m then filled with proper amount of refrigerant. Unit drop 20? before leaving. Explain to property management will take a day to fully cool.

Defrost timer was locked up! Took defrost timer out and fixed it ! Unit is working great timer was locked up and now is spinning and cycling perfectly! Done

Unit had a stuck defrost timer ! I was able to get defrost timer to advance properly ! Had plastic rubbing on position part of the know causing it not to rotate properly! Trimmed plastic piece that was rubbing ! Fixed issue done

Upon inspection, I tested door switches defrost timer cold control and compressor amp draw! Unit was cooling great upon arrival ! Frozen cup of water and fridge was at 39 degrees which is perfect ! Unit had a loose connection at start relay in compressor causing inconsistent start ups! Done!
