Fresh food section was not cooling. Found evaporator fan motor had failed. Picked one up locally, installed it, and defrosted frozen air duct to fresh food section. Both sections are now cooling properly.

Found heating element open while thermostats tested good. Replaced element part WP3387747. Also found rollers, belt, and idler pulley worn and installed drive kit part 4392067. Ran timed dry cycle and verified unit is heating, cycling, and tumbling smoothly.

Complaint was discolored wire near front right burner. Found discoloration to be normal and unit is still operating properly. Advised customer that electrode and wire are no longer available, but a single replacement may still be available on eBay if they want to keep one on hand for future failure.
