The felt seal on top is worn down. Adjusted it and now its much quieter. If its starts grinding again it would need a new felt seal. D510207.

Dryer smells like burning hair within 3 minutes of running. Found that dryer needs a good cleaning. Vacuumed lint and hair out. Cleaned off charred debris on vent inside dryer. Now it runs great and doesnt smell like burning. May need vent cleaned up to roof still though as well.

"Icemaker stopped making ice. I found a bad icemaker and water filter assembly. Replaced them, cycled icemaker and it filled with water and cycled great. Also thoroughly cleaned out freezer.

The customer said water was leaking from the ceiling in the fresh food and down into the crisper. Before she left for a trip she unplugged the fridge and it was off for a week. She plugged it back in 24 hours ago. I did not see any ice build up but when I poured water down the defrost drain water was leaking out the drain cup. The drain tube was clogged inside the fridge wall. I used my steamer and cleared the drain. I tried it again and now water is able to drain.
