Collin arrived late, but sometimes that cannot be prevented. Once here his attitude was so awesome I completely forgot he was late. He got right to work, figured out what the issue was, realized there was an additional part required, found a place that had it and ran out very quickly so he could be there before they closed for the day. When he returned he repaired the ice maker quickly and went on his way. All in all a very good experience.

You guys were timely and efficient; and as hoped, were able to repair our garbage disposal rather than our having to replace it, which saved us lots of money.

Collin is a great technician for Omega Force Appliance Repair. He initially came and diagnosed that I need a new motor within a few seconds and ordered the part and came back within a couple days and fixed it. I had also used him a couple weeks before for also a transmission issue and fixed that. Washing Machines are not what they use to be. He is very polite, cleans up his mess and very personable. I would definitely use this company again. Omega also has great customer service. Very pleased with this company!
