Customer complaint opened door after a load of laundry and then sparks went off where the light is. Noticed the Light hanging. Removed the front to get to lamp. Removed lamp and found exposed wires. Installed new lamp. Reassembled tested. Works great

Unit was squeaky on speed spin. Removed the front of the unit so I could listen to the squeaky noise. We filled the washer with clothing and found the squeaky noise was coming from the springs. Would squeak and would touch the spring and it would stop. Replaced the springs and tested and no more squeaky noise
