Tech showed up at the wrong address to start. Diagnosed the dryer as having a loose screw. Did not function test. Wife ran the dryer and same issue existed. Tried replacing a “wheel” for the drum. Reassembled and left. Issue remains. Had to schedule ANOTHER service call. Checking my options.
