Uninstalled old temp sensor reinstalled new one put my thermal coupler inside the oven and started at 350? the test to make sure its heating properly and displaying the correct temperature and I showed the tenant and the maintenance guy that it was working properly done.

"Customer complaint is, REFRIGERATOR IS NOT STAYING COLD. CURRENTLY 50 DEGREES INSIDE. Inspected and tested. The FF compartment is 54F and freezer is 3F. Found the evaporator was frozen over completely because the bimetal has failed. Defrosted evaporator and installed new bimetal. Tested and refrigerator is starting to cool nicely. Refrigerator is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING. Inspected and tested. Found a piece of glass in the drain pump. Removed glass and tested. Dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed."
