Found the gasket wasnt in the correct place on side of tub on fill spout. Moved gasket to correct position. Cleaned out calcium build up and remounted fill spout. Also fixed door springs so door wouldnt fall open on customer. Had to level and remount dishwasher. Flooring did have previous water damages but I verified dishwasher no longer leaking and fully operational. Great kenmore unit.

Picked up belt since old has broken. Cleaned unit out thoroughly and maintenanced moving components. Tested once part was in. Good to go ; pckd up 1 134719300 (BELT)

Found that the plumbing was kind a little off Im not a plumber. I advised to take a picture and put it on ChatGPT and ask if its correct. I pulled drain line through cabinets and rerouted it underneath sink seem to fix the drain paws that was happening draining within 13 seconds of cancel drain, which is about as good as it can get unit doesnt need pump will return pump that was ordered done

Had to pull tub and agitator out to vaccume out pebbles inside of unit. In a group home where someone mustve had a bunch of pebbles in their pocket. After vacuuming and cleaning out I tested and recalibrated unit. Good to go

customer stated she was cleaning and pushed a small white piece into the machine. Upon inspection I found she pushed the spark electrode under the top of the stove. I opened it up. Repositioned the spark electrode and tested it to ensure it was lighting. All tested good. Also instructed customer how to light it correctly, and offered her a protection plan as well as gave her the information on how to sign up.
