Checked wiring and forced defrost to test heater for a short, but no issues were found. Advised customer to monitor and call back if issue returns.

Installed new bake burner per recall. Gas smell is gone. Also contacted Frigidaire about upper burner tube having delayed flame spread. Per their guidance, checked related components and found a bad igniter. Installed new igniter and tested multiple times. Flame now travels around burner tube much more quickly.

Nate arrived within the time window given, and texted prior to let me know how long it would be before he arrived. He was courteous as I explained, that in addition to the recall, there was a problem with the top oven burner as well. He made some calls and confirmed with Electrolux what he had tested and seen and got the approval to fix the problem, which happened to be with the igniter.
