Issue is freezer not cooling. On arrival everything is working properly. The ice cream is hard. The waffles are hard. We cannot find an issue with the freezer. All the parts are working properly. Compressor is running. I got a good frost pattern. If issue comes back, we need a jazz board, the most common part and similar complaint WPW10503278 jazz board

I was contacted the next business morning regarding my issue and was scheduled a few days later for the same guys to come out and replace the "damaged" piece. I'm embarrassed to admit that the protective covering was still on the control panel and when it was removed everything was perfect! The guys were very nice about it. I would definitely have Omega and these guys out again.

Technician forgot to crimp bracket holding the capacitor, so the machine “knocked” loudly during spin cycles due to capacitor hitting the floor of the machine.
