Complaint is unit not drying. Wasnt getting any heat anymore. Disassembled the back of the dryer because the element and thermostats are on the back on this model. Found that the high limit thermostat is blown. Quoted for a replacement customer approved estimate. Installed new thermostat. Once installed tested unit unit is no working properly.; used 1 279816 (FUSE - NON-RESET & 2 WIRE TSTAT) from stock

FRONT LEFT BURNER NOT WORKING. Customer advised the the small section of the front left burner doesnot light up. Found the inner coil is open. Installed new front left burner element and tested. Burner is working great. Range is now fixed.

WON'T DRAIN. Found a piece of glass in the drain pump. Removed and tested. Dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Unit not heating properly. Customer thinks it not baking correctly. Took average at 350 unit was averaging around 339. Up the average temp and showed customer how to adjust temp. Bake element and broil element was working properly. Temp sensor was reading correct alsoSet EOC to bake at 550?F. 2. Within 5 seconds of setting 550?F, press and hold the bake keypad forapproximately 15 seconds until a single beep is heard (longer may cause F11shorted keypad alarm). 3. Calibration offset should appear in the display. 4. Use the slew keys to adjust the oven temperature up or down 35?F in 5?Fincrements. 5. Once the desired (-35? to 35?) offset has been applied, press STOP orCLEAR OFF. Note: Changing calibration affects normal Bake mode. The adjustments made will not

WHEN BACK BURNER IS ON THE FRONT BURNER ACTIVATES. Customer advised when they turn the back left burner on the front left burner also turns on. They said its been doing it every time for the past week. Installed new main board and tested. All burners are working great. Range is now fixed.
