DOES NOT START. I started a drain and spin and it started spinning. I ran a complete quick wash cycle with towels and it completed the cycle perfectly. Washer is testing good.

MAKING A LOUD CLUNKING NOISE AFTER REPAIRS. Theres a ticking sound while dryer is running. I disassembled dryer and inspected and rollers and idler pulley look good. Reassembled and tested. It sounds the same. Im not going to be able to get it any better than this. I showed this to the customer and she understands thats the best its going to be.

OVEN LIGHT COMES ON BUT DOES NOT HEAT UP. Found the cord was melted at the terminal block. Installed new terminal block and cord supplied by warranty. Tested and range is working great. Range is now fixed.

Customer stated washer has an IE code. Plugged washer in and found drain pump running constantly. Turned water on and put unit thru test mode operation. Unit operates on all tests. Diagnosed control has drain pump relay stuck. Recommend new controller and pressure switch for (2014) washer. Customer to likely replace washer.

Customer stated ff intermittently doesnt cool properly, had data loggers in the compartment. Tested sensors and controls. Inspected history and found compressor probably failing to start in history. Found and cleaned dirty condenser coil. Compressor running cooler again. Customer to monitor situation, if problem continues, new compressor would be recommended.
