Upon inspection, adjusted burner tube air shutter where it meets the gas valve neck. Ran bake test to 425 degrees to verify heating performance for customer.

Upon inspection, replaced igniter and showed customer proper blue burner flames. Also explained how to use AquaLift to steam clean the oven. Unit is now operating properly.

Removed broken glass from pump housing and cleared drain obstruction. Reassembled and tested. Unit draining properly with no leaks.

Unit full of dirty water. Removed water with shop vacuum. Replaced leaking water line. Removed glass from drain pump impeller and reassembled. Unit operating properly with no leaks.

Upon inspection found white residue from cleaner use in oven so removed cavity components and cleaned with water and rags then reinstalled loose bake igniter and fixed front right burner that was not lighting and advised customer to only clean oven with water and rag and ran bake cycle to clear debris
