customer states scratch in cooktop, also oven not heating properly, Informed customer that unit is outside of cosmetic warranty, scratches on cooktop would not be something that will be covered by the manufacturer. Tested oven, bake broil and convection elements all operating, checked with current clamp, at 350 unit heat cycling 370-330 and within spec. customer taking temp measurements with dial type thermometer, instructed customer that the thermometer they are using does not give an accurate enough measurement to determine if unit is operating within spec. No functional issues with unit found during visit

Replaced rollers belt and idler pulley, tested unit and sounds smooth now

Replaced door boot and ran test cycle all functions ok no leaks

Cleared clog in drain line. Drain hooked up to small ended pvc drain under sink causing clog in drain line. Unit is good to go

Replaced the control assembly and made sure its tight. Unit is now functional
