I looked behind the dishwasher toe kick for a power source, not reachable. I pulled the dishwasher out from the countertop, the appliance is plugged into an electrical outlet, theres no voltage at the outlet. Customer said that the breaker marked for the appliance is in the ON position, but theres only a fraction of a volt read at both sides of the power source.

I replaced the left and right drawer rails for the fresh food convenience drawer. The hardware replacement didnt have the desired effect, the left side still has a slight gap at the front. The hole location for the rail screws must not be exactt between the left and right sides. Theres nothing more to be done for this cosmetic issue. Maybe adding food to the drawer would have a positive effect.

I’m only giving 3 stars because Aaron didn’t fix the problem and said there was nothing more he could do for this “cosmetic” issue. I called All Inc to find out what they will do now and they had a Electrolux service man come out to my home today. He fixed the problem in 5 seconds and he fixed the other issue with the lower trim also. I might suggest that your service people get Electrolux training because this issue could have been solved 2 months ago. I do want to say the Aaron was very nice. Thank you.

Overall well planned and executed encounter. Problem was explored visually in advance through a smart phone app, part was ordered and the Delton arrived with it. He installed and tested the install without a problem. Well organized and efficient company.
