Upon arrival opened up the machine and inspected the rear rollers and front feet. Any combination of adjusting could not get the machine to be both level and not rocking. Both rear rollers were installed properly, but the cabinet of the machine is warped. Frame is not straight. I had a conversation with the builder and theyre going to try and get it replaced through Electrolux.

Upon arrival, customer states of the machine grinds really loudly while it is running. Opened up the machine and discovered that the motor had come out of its mount, and that the drum felt on the rear had come misaligned. Pulled the drum out and adjusted the belt. Reinstalled and secured the motor. Reassembled the machine and tested machine seems to be working properly.
