Complaint not cooling completely room temperature. Tapped into system compressor and fan running. Its sitting at 17 psi the compressor is bad. Replaced compressor and filter dryer also updated board. Pressure tested then vacuumed under 400 microns. Filled with refrigerant. Plugged unit in. Now its working properly now

Upon arrival opened up the machine and removed the old fan motor. During removal, the housing that hold place had cracked. While reinstalling the new fan motor are epoxied the housing to keep it in place. Switched over connector to new motor and tested. Machine seems to be working properly

Collin was so great. Listened to what I told him and asked some questions. He got right to work. Also, I overheard him training. Collin did a great job explaining all his steps. What he checked for. Common situations. And making sure there were for sure no leaks after the work was completed. Ended by explaining what was going on and what he did to fix it. Service was awesome start to finish. From text to call/schedule my appointment. And the text letting me know they were 10 mins out so I could put aways the dogs.
