1F-E error code for no signal from the icebox fan. Customer states that its been giving an error not making ice. Went ahead and opened up the evaporator cover in the back of the freezer section and found a small chunk of ice preventing the icebox fan from spinning. Remove the ice and reinstalled the fan and cover. Put it to test mode and make sure that the fan was functioning still and came back on. Did not need any of the parts provided . Machine seems to be working properly now.

"Upon arrival, the fridge was warm and empty. The back wall of the freezer was very frosted up. Went ahead and defrosted the back of the freezer and found a huge huge chunk in casing the evaporator fan which was causing an error code on the outside of the machine. machine had an FF code, defrosted the whole machine and made sure the air duct was clear. Replace the evaporator fan with parts provided by Square trade tested and it seems to be working at this time.

The customer said water is leaking out from the freezer. I opened the freezer door and I can see ice in the bottom. I removed the drawer and the rear panel. I defrosted the ice around the bottom and defrosted and cleared the drain. Water is now draining through the drain tube.
