Upon inspection pulled unit out on the floor mat both left and right link in spring were compromise replace both sides left and right verified. The tension is good and opening properly reinstalled and re-put on brackets on left and right that were installed in properly. Unit looks great working great done.

Upon inspection water damage in front of the fridge and behind the unit used floor mat pulled it out dumped water into drain pan found no leak leaks from drain pan went through tested water dispenser no leaks at valve or any of the waterlines coming from the valve found moisture coming from cap on lower right side that was compromised and had a hole in it and it was wet from the touch verified that leaking down the frame would run under the pan, causing the leak Used all weather, silicone adhesive and a rubber material covered spot filled void with silicone adhesive. Use metal tape around all seams and completely sealed it off called Assurian tech line and documented my repair and what I did with 5 photos and they confirmed a great repair

Coincidentally had a shorted out drain pump motor. I had a truck stock pump for Samsung in my vehicle charged at cost on component cause of coincidental. Failure tested unit after installation no water, leak leaks, double and triple checked even with the door off verified unit is working in normal operations after installation. ; pckd up 1 DC31-00054A (Drain pump)
