I am so impressed with the professionalism, customer-focused, ease of getting appointments, follow-through, and expertise in quality and trustworthiness of Omega Force!
In particular, Collin’s care, speed, courtesy, and creative problem solving exceeded my expectations. My dryer was still under warranty, but the ease of resolving the problem was nothing short of amazing!
In fact, Collin dealt with a potential problem with the original installation of the dryer, done by another company, that I did not see!
I will gladly pass on my experience with Omega Force and Collin to others. And, Omega Force will be my future source of any appliance issues.
