Steamed out unit and found the heater was bent up touching evap. Fans iced over. Cleared ice and tested components. Everything now operational

Customer states dishes not getting clean. Customer tried to service unit himself and said it got worse. Ran dishwasher and it is getting proper amount of hot water. Pulled bottom rack and found spray tower to top arm was disconnected. Pulled bottom spray arm off and o ring was out of place. Removed filter and cleaned, it was dirty. Re seated o ring and secured spray tower to sump. Recommended rinse aid and adding sanitize option when washing. Dishwasher now working as it should.

Upon arrival customer states that fridge isnt cooling properly. Things are cool but not cold. Pulled top cover off and condenser coils were extremely dirty. Cleaned those off with brush and vacuum. Also big bock of ice on back wall of refrigerator. Fridge was packed to the brim, had to unpack all of it to get to evaporator. Had to steam out bottom of back panel to get panel off, that is why there is no cost on bottom in pictures. Evaporator was completely iced up mostly evenly but favoring the left side where refrigerant enters evaporator. Drain tube clear, door sealing properly. Steamed out the evaporator to clear it of ice. Called tech line and they advised me that a dirty condenser would cause this as there is no defrost heater on this model. Repacked fridge and advised customer to monitor temps.

Replaced compressor and tested. Machine is cooling.

LG Washer Repair. The washer was not draining. I found the drain pump shaft was loose. It needed a new drain pump. I replaced the drain pump and tested. Its draining well now.
