Found fan jammed into styrofoam. Repositioned it and tested. Unit is working properly.

Installed new gasket because the old one was torn and verified all sides seal tightly.

Installed new heater and motor, tested, unit operating properly.

Ran complete diagnostic, no abnormal noises or frost; temps good; advised customer fridge produces many normal sounds; unit working properly.

Adjusted microwave door; now opens properly.
