Issue was intermittent ice maker operation. On arrival, upper ice maker in fresh food section was working, and lower one in freezer was not. Pressed test button on both units, and both cycled and filled with water. Everything is currently functioning properly. Advised customer that Eco mode can interfere with ice production and that an empty freezer may also slow ice production.
