Hyrum was very personable. We chatted as he worked. The first trip was to diagnose the problem. It took him about 5 minutes. He then had to come back the next week after ordering the parts to complete the repair. Excellent work.

Michael was quick to respond in setting an appointment. He was flexible when he finished his early appointment before us and flexible in arriving at ours earlier than scheduled. He quickly attacked our dishwasher problem and found the no draining problem right away. He corrected the problem then made sure everything worked perfectly and way ahead of schedule and under my budgeted amount. Very happy with Michael. He’s a nice guy too. Cleaned up afterwards. We had a fantastic experience with him.
