"Dishwasher not draining. Found that the drain is clogged with debris and broken glass. Cleaned out debris, tested and dishwasher now drains and is working good."

Found that the ice fill valve is frozen with ice. Which means that water valve is not fully shutting off and leaks into ice tray and overfills causing ice block. Also damaged ice maker and when it cycle will slip and make loud thwacking sound. Needs water valve assembly and ice maker replaced. Customer approved estimate. Found that the drain line is cracked. Drain hose needs to be replaced. Customer approved estimate. Ordering part and rescheduling.; schdld next appmnt for 4/16 TUE !
