Reseated wiring connections to restore cooling fan operation and clear F45 error

Removed fabric sheet and lint buildup from blower wheel. Inspected rollers, belt, and idler. Tested and verified quiet operation

Replaced valve and inlet assembly. Tested and verified proper operation

Returned to replace both control boards and verified unit is now operating properly after communication error.

Complaint was very long dry times. Found lint screen coated with wax from dryer sheets. Advised customer that restricted lint screen is causing issue and recommended washing screen thoroughly with hot water and soap or replacing it.
