Arrived on site confirmed buzzing coming from back of fridge, pulled fridge out, confirmed that the buzzing noise is coming from the compressor re-tightened metal twist folds that hold the compressor down. I also adjusted the coolant lines on the compressor to compensate. This may be a noisy compressor and sound may return. Advise customer of replacement of compressor costs after Fred push back in. There was no more noise and refrigerator is running.quiet

I felt that the service was the most professional experience I have had. The communication was very accurate and timely, he kept me up-to-date on parts timelines, and the estimated cost. He was also able to adjust accordingly for any parts that weren’t needed or used.
