Complaint is agitator is busted. Square trade sent an agitator verified. Thats all it needed. Installed part tested units working the way it was before.

Tenants complaint is dishwasher. Latch is broken and will not start. Verified complaint found that the latch striker is completely gone. Tenant said they had to keep on messing with it. They finally broke off. They dont know where it went. My end doesnt look like the striker is available anymore. Let them know on my end. Its not available Ill have the office do another search and they will follow up.WP3378149 latch striker ; saved tckt

"Customer complaint unit not drying well. Found two different issues. One was the unit was making loud rattling noise found that the blower wheel is damaged. Also found that the vent is clogged coded for new blower wheel and will come back and clean the vent as well customer approved, rescheduled in order.; ordrng 1 WPW10349492 (BLOWER)"

Installed part from last diagnosis once installed tested multiple times to check for water leaks never had a drop. Everything is working properly.

Customer complaint making loud noise during tumbling. Disassembled unit and found one of the rollers completely destroyed. 2 others stiff. Quoted for kit repair. Customer approved installed parts. Reassembled and tested. Unit is now sounding normal.
