Also noticed low water pressure because refrigerator is connected to a reverse osmosis system. Advised customer they can use a bypass filter since water is already filtered before reaching refrigerator. Unit is operating properly.

Found hinge latch that secures oven door during removal was loose and flopping open on its own, which prevented door from closing properly. Tightened rivet so latch now stays in place. Door opens and closes normally and wall oven is working properly.
