Installed new gasket part MDS66290819. Ran test cycle and verified no leaks. Job complete.

Complaint was leaking at end of cycle. Could not duplicate leak, but found corrosion on water valve. Advised customer on repair and suggested cleaning door gasket to see whether that was contributing to issue.

Complaint was loud noise. Customer had turned unit off before arrival because noise was severe. Customer provided video and audio that sounded like fan hitting ice buildup. Tested heater and fan and found both operating properly. Advised customer to call back and leave unit running if issue returns.

Returned and installed heater. Unit is now operating properly. Also advised customer that current drain line setup, which runs into basement and back up to sink, is not compatible with this unit and may cause occasional drainage issues.

Refrigerator was at temperature and operating as designed. Contacted Frigidaire tech support and reviewed customer?s concerns. Tech support stated display enters sleep mode when not in use and can be awakened by pressing any button. No issues found. Refrigerator and freezer are at temperature. Customer had reported middle drawer light staying on previously, which stopped after main board replacement. File number 100685515.
