Arrived on site was able to preheat the oven to 350 when it got to 300 F14 error code popped up canceled and tried again on lower oven error error code F14 which indicates defective user interface part number 318280430 total estimate repair cost 1836.50-179.00 remaining balance 1647.67 customer is uncertain if he wants to go ahead with repair. I was unable to locate part of any vendors. friendly repair guy, was worked in which was great, but the machine was not fixed at all, had to call the next day to set up another time to have them back out

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Adam had cleaned a lot of debris out of the dishwasher and asked you to try out the machine and let us know if it was still not cleaning properly. We do warranty all of our work. When you contacted us to let us know that it was still not cleaning properly, we ordered a couple parts so we will have them with us should we need them on the next trip out. We service lots of dishwashers, there is no doubt we will get this machine working properly for you.
