Returned with part, checked the heat element one more time, jumped the defrost sensor, still no amp draw there was 120 volts just no amps. Changed the board and then jumped the sensor now there is amp draw ended up finding the defrost sensor was cracked and rusty.

"Customer states the fresh food compartment stopped cooling the customer unplugged and let the unit sit for a few days plugged back in and it did it again. When I arrived the unit was unplugged. Removed the lower freezer drawers, door and shelfs. Put the unit into defrost and found there was no amp drawn. Removed and checked the board for burn spots or any other issues found no noticeable issues on the board. Customer approved new board ; schdld next appmnt for 7/23 TUE !"

Maytag Washer Repair. Customer states the unit will not drain. Removed the front cover and cleaned out the drain, cycled and tested the unit is now draining as it should.

come to realize the noise was the unit hitting styrofoam. This was supposed to be removed when it was installed. Removed the block, the unit seems to act normal now."

"Customer states the unit makes a lot of noise while spinning.Put a load of towels in it , ran the unit on rinse and spin. When he unit goes into spin is shakes and wants to walk to the left. Removed the top and back cover ran it again and noticed the left rear shock bottoms out. The tub is sitting on the styrofoam block that is glued to the bottom of the case, that is where the squeak sound is coming from ; ordrd 2 137412701 (Shock)s and 2 137412601 (Shock)s"
