"Dishwasher filled with black mold, the rats, arresting, and falling apart, the pump is very loud and leaks. I recommend this for replacement all the rubber hoses and manifolds have degraded and are leaking. Two pics of the spot sure we need new racks, a pump assembly, and all the rubber manifolds and hoses. ; saved tckt"

Out of Balance errors and lid lock error. I saw there was an update for the lid lock. I updated the software and educated the customer. The washer performed great. I watched a speedwash cycle.
