"Customer states the dryer is not drying.Cycled and tested. Cleaned out the inside of the dryer. Tested and found power going to the igniter the igniter was not coming on, quoted the customer a new igniter, customer approved, installed cycled and tested the igniter is coming on, the dryer is now heating like it should."

Excellent service. I loved the ability to get a service call that was convenient for me and quickly. After diagnosing, the repair parts arrived in short order and everything is up and running as it should again.
