"Makes a vibrating sound for about 2 seconds after the compressor shuts off. It did happen when i first got here and shut it off. I pulled out refrigerator and took back off to check where noise is coming from but every time I shut off compressor it did not make the noise. I pushed refrigerator back into place and tested it again and noise did not replicate.There was a loose water line on back wall that i taped down and maybe that was vibrating? I informed customer to let refrigerator run over the weekend and see if the noise continues.Office: please call customer over the weekend and verify that if the noise is gone. CUSTOMER INSTALLED BOARD AND DID NOT RESOLVE - CLICKING NOISE - WON'T DEFROST NOT COOLING. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 8F. In test mode all thermistors passed and damper and fans are working. I removed the evaporator cover and there heavy frost across the top of the evaporator and a ball of ice in the upper right corner. I turned defrost heater on and it came on and started defrosting. I completely defrosted evaporator and turned refrigerator back on and after 20 minutes theres only frost on about 50 percent of the evaporator. The sealed system is failing. Customer is going to use as is for now.

I defrosted evaporator and turned refrigerator back on and after 20 minutes theres only frost on about 30 percent of the evaporator. The sealed system has failed. Returned with the part, removed the unit, disassembled installed the new harness, put back together, the third burner had and issue with it being stuck and wanting to ignite all the time. "Customer has been smelling gas in laundry room and in the utility room downstairs under the laundry room. I could smell gas in the laundry room when customer turned the gas on downstairs. No gas smell inside the dryer. Pulled dryer out and tested all gas connections with blue bubble liquid. Zero leaks. Did notice no plumbers dope on connections. When I went downstairs and opened door to utility room to check gas line, I could smell gas. I tested with blue liquid on connections in utility room, by the furnace, for the line to the range, and the line to the dryer, and both are leaking gas. I showed customer. Photos attached. Told customer to call gas company right away. We turned off those gas valves. She will call centerpoint now, and get a licensed plumber to come out and thoroughly test gas lines for leaks and fix connections that are leaking. NO WATER WONT WASH. When I start a spin cycle the drain pump pulses on and off, but the drum never turns and then it just pauses. I tried a rinse and spin and the valve pulses on and off, but the drum never turns and then it pauses and doesnt advance through cycle. The motor and sensor tested good at the board. Its most likely an inverter board, but could be the main board. The main board is NLA. customer declined repairs and is going to look into replacing it.

Complaint is unit tripping breaker right away. Found that when you plug it in first thing, it does the trip of breaker. Unplugged the compressor. Ohms out compressor 13.1 at each testing. plugged unit back in unit is now working properly. Amps getting up to 2.7 amps at peak. Unit is working at this time cant find any issue.

NOT HEATING. Dryer is heating and cycling between 210F and 100F for about 14 minutes and then stopped heating, but the ignitor is glowing. I installed new coils and got the exact same results. Tested ignitor and flame sensor and they were good. He said its got to be the board or gas valve. I had the board, so I installed it and its doing the same thing. Dryer needs a new gas valve.
