Returned installed the igniter, cycled and tested the dryer is working as it should

“From the first call, the dispatcher was extremely friendly and easy to work with! Brandon came out to diagnose the dryer. He was very friendly and relatable. But must importantly, he was knowledgeable and capable. He had to return due to the parts needed to be ordered. When he returned he was pleasant and did the repair in a complete and timely manner. Again very friendly and relatable. If a repair is necessary , I will be requesting Omega Force! They really are a competent, great company to work with!”

Customer complaint is of poor cooling. Found temps of 45-50 in FF, 10-20 in FRZR. Pulled unit and checked pressures 0psi low 110 psi high signals possible restriction. Evacuated and completed full pressure test. No leaks present. Line from compressor to evaporator was bent. Adjusted line and recharged. Unit is now operating properly.

Upon inspection unit needs belt idler roller . Both back rollers and also has a cracked blower wheel assembly ! Advised customer this is an amazing unit the old Maytag gas dryer ! She wants the Maitance done and I installed all the parts ! Unit is working great! Sounds great done

Found burners running normal. Cleaned up a bit explained to customer humidity plays a huge roll in yellow flame top. Burners look close to perfect and oven is running perfectly at 350
