Customer stated dishwasher not draining. Found full of water. Found drain pump not turning. Verified 120 volts to pump. Vacuumed out water and removed pump and debris. Re-installed and verified proper operations. If drain fails to drain again, order 5304533024 pump assembly.

Upon inspection unit has a main board failure, causing not to engage. Fill cycle and wash cycle ordered and picked up component installed tested grade done

Upon arrival opened up the machine, discovered the machine had a bad belt. Went today and picked up a new belt and installed it. Tested machine seems to be working properly.

Tested unit. No heat. Disassembled and found that the heat can is bad. Quoted blue book. Replaced the heater. Reassembled also cleaned rollers and idler and oiled. Tested unit is now working properly

Upon inspection of fridge, first thing I noticed was that the fridge was too close to the back there also customer told that there was frost on the top drawer of freezer compartment advise that only happens when door gasket was a jar for a certain amount of time, causing humidity frost Pulled unit out and repositioned it and cut out checked panel on the back, took out all the shelves to remove tape on the shelves advised that theres cold spots on that top shelf and to avoid putting milk or any freezer bowls right on that back panel done working great customer instruct Install readjustment done
