Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.

On arrival opened up the machine and discovered that the front panel screws were missing. Customer stated that the machine rattled really bad right around the front panel. Installed new screws in this panel and tested. Ran a load with towels and machine seems to be much better now

88110191 file number. Ran diagnostic got no codes. Unit operating perfectly. Explained customer operation of the new dishwasher and how cycles can adjust

Disassembled front of dryer, realigned warped bulkhead that presses over dryer drum - if customer calls back, they will need a front bulkhead apart this is the part that is in direct contact with the front of the drum.
“Always pleasant, even after multiple trips. Our dryer made noise. Then when he came to repair it, no noise. Then a return trip to take care of an insulation problem. Then it started making noise again so he came back and we’re pretty sure we’re set now.”

Customer states the washer would have issue draining from time to time. Checked and the only active code was for a pump issue. The customer had already fixed the door lock issue. Customer approved a new pump. Check and the old pump had a lot of play in the propeller bearing. Installed new pump, cleaned out the pressure port. Cycled and tested checked for leaks. The washer is working as it should.

Fridge stopped cooling. Found the fan blade had come off of the evaporator motor. I glued the blade back on to give it some extra protection and now everything is cooling nicely.

Customer stated a gas smell from unit during bake, I found bake igniter to be cracked and drawing wrong amperage, I replaced the bake igniter and the unit is now working properly

Unit not draining. Washer was full of water. Had rugs inside also. Draining out the water. I could hear the drain pump. Removed the filter. Its completely clogged. Cleaned out filter. Tested unit is now draining. Explained washing rugs isnt a good idea the backing comes off and clogs everything up I flushed it out the best I could. Its draining now. Explained to customer if it slows down or stops filter needs to be cleaned again. There is probably a build up inside the washer. Warranty doesnt cover us taking the whole unit apart to clean. Nothing else I can do.

Complaint is of no cool. Found failed compressor. Replaced compressor and unit is now operating properly.

Upon inspection unit had a broken defrost timer ! Replaced defrost timer fixed issue verified its fixed ! Unit is good to go!
