Its possible those were also causing some thing too short. Customer had a endcap that is broken but that part is no longer available so he is going to glue the control consul onto the range.

"The customer complaint was that the fridge light was not working, the ice maker was not working and it would not dispense water. The customer said it was cooling fine she just wasnt sure. She tried to replace the refrigerator bulb with a house light bulb witch is to big. I used the light bulb from her oven and the bulb works. The light did shut off when the door is closed. I found the water filter was not installed correctly. I pushed the filter in hard. I also turned the ice maker back on. The ice maker filled and the dispenser is working good."

The customer said on Sunday when they ran the 3 or 4th load the washer started to smelland produce smoke. I checked the basket to see if it had failed or starting to fail and it felt good. I ran a spin cycle with no clothes and it was good. I put in a few towels and started a normal cycle. I let was until the towels were heavy then put into a spin. Everything spin out good with no issues. I removed the filter and that was clear.

The dryer was not heating at all. I checked the thermal fuse for continuity and it tested good. I then test voltage to the fuse and I had 120 to ground on both sides of it. I then tested all the other fuses and thermostats a s everything tested good. I went back the fuse and now it tested open. I jumped the fuse and the dryer started to heat. I replaced the fuse and its working. I tested the air flow and its good. ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock

The customer said that the washer would just shut off randomly. If the clothes were still wet he was able to run a spin cycle to get the clothes dry. I put into diagnostics to look for any errors. There are no saved error codes. I tested the capacitor and motor and both tested good. I found when it should be agitating it was not just trying to spin. I tipped the washer back and found the shifter had come out of the splutch. I put it back in and now it works. I ran a auto test and calibration. All works good.

Customer complains that the washer squeaks during the spin cycle at a specific RPM. I watched a video supplied by the customer and it had a typical squeak from a worn bearing. While I was on site I could not duplicate issue. My observations are the floor in the room is not stable. While unit is in spin cycle you can physically feel the floor moving. The grout is cracked on all the tile on that floor. I put my level on the countertop that its not connected to the washer I could watch it physically move. Then unit needs a shifter assembly and a rotor although I am uncertain this is actually what the unit needs. I recommended they get some anti-vibration feet and find out what is going on with the floor.

"Condensation builds up on left wall in fresh food section. Then gets moldy. Water leaks out onto floor. Spoke with GE tech support. They said this is a known issue. Temp sensor doesnt read temp right, runs cooling too long, then condensation builds up. The fix involves a new temp sensor and a special insulated foil tape that goes behind the sensor. I ordered the sensor, but cant find the tape. wr02x32504 foam is not available. It looks like you can maybe order it through GE? I attached a photo. Dana can you try and find the foil insulated tape? Filter changed then water dispenser stopped working. Upon arrival and inspection I found the icemaker still worked but the dispenser did not. Temperatures on the ice bladder were below freezing. I took 20 minutes and thawed out the dispenser valve and water tank. I was unable to get water to flow again. I quoted replacement but water filter assy filter is no longer available from Samsung. Because the water filter has been discontinued even if we replace existing parts that we cannot guarantee the dispenser will work because Per the manufacture an OE filter must be used and they are no longer made.

Replaced micro switch, tested and microwave turns on and is heating and working good.I did notice that clock LED did go dim few times when i was testing it but then stayed lit and all functions was working good. "Dryer not drying clothes and smells burning. Vacuumed out dryer. Oiled rollers. Temps in dryer were 200. Airflow behind dryer is 26. Outside is 24.5mph. Good air flow. Found a belt thats cracked and wearing down. Replaced belt, which could have been giving off burning smell. Also told customer that if there is an airflow restriction in the vent, that could cause the burning smell. I replaced coils in case those are failing, contributing to the clothes not drying. Told customer it has great heat and new coils so if clothes still dont dry and they still smell burning, there isnt anything on the dryer side to do, but they should get vents cleaned. .; used 1 661570V (BELT), and 1 5303931775 (COIL KIT) from stock"
