Customer complaint is that unit is not closing door and ice on back wall. Completed full defrost and unit is now operating properly.

Did general maintenance on washer. Cleaned out internal drain holes that were all plugged up. Cleaned out filter, and recommended afresh. Everything else checked out good now.

Customer states the cook top started trying to ignite while in use, the only way to stop was to to shut the power off. Cycled and tested the cooktop is working as it should now, suspect one of the switches are worn out. Checked and found the switch harness is no longer available. The customer is going to continue to use as is.

Install new power supply board set personality to one like it says verified on test cycle eight that it was heating then tested all the features on time. Dry delicates made sure it was heating and shutting off properly time dry was high heat working perfect done.

Customer complaint was unit not powering on , I powered it on by just adjusting one of the connectors to the display and it worked the entire time . Unit is operating properly right now and theres nothing Im able to do. Having an intermittent issue.

Customer states no lights no power. Found wire nuts in junction box melted, replaced nuts and tested, lol functions ok no leaks. Unit now powering on.
