"Customers complaint is that the dishwasher leaks intermittently. Upon arrival inspection I found the door was bent and their was evidence of leaking from the tub seal. I cleaned the seal and tested 2 rinse cycles. There was suds in the first test. The inspection cover is damaged and missing hardware. I tested and found no leaks while onsite. I suspect the door damage is the culprit from the mineral staining, but it never leaked while I was onsite."

The inner door is badly damaged, the circulation pump and diverter are leaking, and the water inlet valve has been ripped from its hold down and is seaping . The Customer also complains that this unit dispenser does not open and the door falls. All in all this unit would need an inlet valve, inner door, circulation pump, a diverter, and A dispenser to fix it. The unit is important repair the customer had previously uninstalled before we arrive to see pictures for details. The door panel is falling off because the brackets are broken. I was able to attach the door a little better, but its going to be a issue again sometime. Inside of dishwasher is covered in heavy hard water deposits on the bottom and in the sump area. Dishwasher is in rough shape. I recommended customer replace dishwasher next time they have issues with it."

Customer complains the dryer does not function. On arrival and inspection I found the dryer was in poor condition. I replace the physically broken console that no longer held in place to start in temperature switches. The timer had bad contacts and would not send power down to the TCO. I replace the timer and tested machine. It began drying and heating instantly. I checked the vent and it is 100% blocked no air is passing through the vent. I told the customer to not use the machine is this could cause fire and permanent damage to their home. They will get the vent cleaned and then use dryer.

Found on arrival the to range burners keep trying to ignite even after being lit. We cleaned the igniter still had the same issue. Needs spark igniter. Also customer states has smell when using oven. Found the bake igniter was week. Replace igniter and light fast and had no gas smell. Customer stated lights in oven are flickering. Needs new control relay board. When we started the machine we could hear the motor trying to run. I disassembled the front of dry and found the blower wouldnt spin once that was disassembled I found a sock stuck in the blower holding up the blower wheel.
