Cuz stated refrigerator not cooling. Tech discovered obstruction in condensing fan. Tech removed obstruction and tested. Fridge now cools as it should.

Making a knocking sound. Found the nut underneath had to be tightened, and I used loctite. Also, per speed queen, I swapped the springs from the rear to the left and left to the rear since the tub was tipping back to the right. Now tub sits perfectly and runs smooth with no knocking. Job compleye. Customer requested though we keep this open for a bit, in case it starts knocking again.

Customer states poor wash, found water guide tube detached from sump, stopping upper arm from receiving water and blocking lower spray arm from spinning, reinstalled water guide and now lower spray arm spins freely and upper arm spinning in wash.

Customer stated that dishwasher never has worked. Tech discovered that loose wiring was responsible. Tech tightened and tested. Unit works as it should

Customer states the dishwasher is leaking out of the door and the dishwasher will not complete a cycle, it gets to one minute left and it keeps running and will not stop. Removed the front cover and found debris in the door seal and was able to clean out and run making sure the leak was fixed. Found a loose solder joint in the board. Repaired, the customer is going to see if the board repair works.
