"Giving a 65 error. I called SQ tech support and they had me check the lid lock assembly. They had me adjust the lid so that it clicks when its 2 above the top of the washer. It was originally clicking about 1 above top of washer. Then they had me check continuity on the board between two connectors, black wire to red wire, and it had continuity which meant that the relay was stuck closed. They told me to replace the board. I replaced it, and now it runs great."

"Dryer not drying clothes. I put it on timed dry, and with vent connected it got up to 97 degrees max inside dryer. With vent disconnected it goes to 200 and stays there for regular amounts of time before cycling off and on. I pulled dryer out, and adjusted vent so that it has better airflow and isnt crimped. Now it cycles to 220 and then cycles off. Told customer they will need to have the vent cleaned if they continue to have drying issues. It heats great and runs great. No error codes.

"Not heating, and giving F11 error. I cleared the error, and found a bad bake igniter. Replaced the ignitor, ignites great now and heats great. Took temperatures and it heated up quickly.

Dryer duct had come off back of machine and was causing smells and condensation around the sides of the machines. Reconnected duct and ensured both ends were secured. Cleared all the lint and dust up and double checked. Seems a lot better now.

"Machine door was rubbing up against side of alcove, moved leveling feet on left side up. Door no longer rubbing. Also took cover off top of machine and vacuumed compartment and condenser coils. Noise was eliminated and machine looks to be in otherwise great condition."

"The customer complained that the unit was freezing vegetables. After my arrival, I checked and tested the unit, cycling all fans, and found that it works great. However, I discovered that this unit has issues if items are built up around it. As it is a free-standing unit, it requires a minimum of 2 inches of space around it for proper airflow; otherwise, the machine will overwork and start causing issues like the one reported. I confirmed that the unit was pushed all the way back, so I moved it out just a little bit to ensure easier airflow. The customer will monitor the unit for any improvements."

"Customer complaint is, WON'T START. Inspected and tested. Washer is dead. Outlet is good and I have 120V at the board, but light is not lit up on the board. I removed board and inspected and didnt see anything visibly wrong. I reassembled and plugged back in and now the light came on on the board. I ran washer through test mode and everything worked perfectly. Its either a failing board, a loose connection or bad wire. Customer is going to use it and see what happens."

"The customer complained that the oven would not turn on at all. I informed them that the igniter had failed and, in order to resolve the issue, a new igniter was needed. After installing the new one, the oven turned on fast and heated up properly.

"Customer complaint is, THE FAN IS SUPER LOUD WHEN THE COOLING MOTOR TURNS ON. Customer was seeing ice in the holes on the evaporator cover. Customer said the whole evaporator cover and fan were replaced for this same issue a couple years ago. Customer has never seen water on the floor of the FF compartment. Refrigerator has been unplugged sense yesterday morning. I removed evaporator cover and theres no ice buildup, its completely defrosted. Drain is open and both sensors test good. Heater came on in test mode. This doesnt have the extra loop that needs the add on heater. I cant find anything wrong. I installed drain kit and new defrost sensor.

Put unit in test mode checked for the air was getting an E5 air called which is thermostat on icemaker being too warm check temperature of unit was at 38 inside the refrigerator. all the fans are working properly looking like theres a bad thermostat on the icemaker. Replaced ice maker then tested fill and harvested properly. Explained to customer it can take up to 48 hours to make ice

Customer states machine has error code and standing water on occasion. Error codes were for long drain and suds lock. Let machine fill and attempted a drain and spin cycle. Very weak drain. Checked filter and hose and they appeared to be mostly clear. Drain pump appeared weak. Went to dry to pick up part. Installed new part and tested drains nice and quick now.

I took drawer out, cleaned it out, then scraped and cleaned all detergent out of drawer. Then removed the control panel and did a reset on the main board. I then ran it for 15 minutes with some cooking oil added, to get rid of all the suds. Ran great with no errors."

"Range was red tagged. I couldnt confirm a gas leak. Tenant says pilots were on when gas company arrived. Gas was turned off by gas company after they red tagged it. I turned on gas, and put bubble blue liquid on orfices behind burner knobs and on cook top burners, and no bubbles. I lit the cook top pilots and oven pilot and I can get the front left burner to consistently ignite, and rear right to ignite. Cant get the front right or rear left to consistently light. Called owner and told her that I had to turn gas back off because I couldnt find a leak and I cant leave it on in this case. Tenant says leak was said to be coming from front left burner, but I cant find a leak there. If it was leaking, it needs a new valve. That valve is NLA. I let owner know."

Not draining. Found a bad drain pump. Filter is clean. Stacked washer and dryer. Took down dryer. Took apart washer and replaced drain pump. Runs and drains great now.

Looking like we are having a leak in the evap or heat exchanger. Pressured up to 120 psi. Could find a leak. But it was lightly dropping psi and leaking somewhere. Would need evap and heat exchanger if possible. Spoke with Adrian from Techline. Was called on 3CX. Was on hold for over 20 minutes. He said dont give case numbers just say it was me and at 10:06 we finished the call. Tech line said if you cant find a leak and access to fix it nothing is can do. "Customer had a few concerns beside the one he made to call for. The one he made the call for was four a random leak that would drip into the basket most of the time. Sometimes youd find some water on the floor. On arrival it was not acting up. Customer said it would just continue to lightly drip for a while. Sounds like we have a bad water valve. Thats the only thing that would be intermittent and would be running even when the unit was shut off. Another issue customer was having was a squeaky noise with the lead opening and closing. Customer has had this replaced once before for a rust warranty call I found that its rubbing right in the middle of the lid to the top of the unit will need to just be to fit explain to customer if we did it were not reliable for any crack paint or anything like that otherwise he can do it himself and try. Issue the customer said is sometimes on heavier loads from agitate to spin and spend to agitate it makes a louder, clunking noise. I guess I couldnt get the unit to make the noise. Sounds like it could be something with the transmission or the motor itself But Im not 100% sure being that its not making the noise every time or even for me. The display flashed EC 40 and EC 50. Those codes just mean both compressors are running more than the refrigerator thinks it they should. The freezer is cooling way better and when I open the door and push on the door switch I can hear the fan come on. I noticed the sides and the center mullion is very hot. I removed the top cover and found the condenser fan is not running. I do get 120 volts to the fan. If I spin the fan by hand it runs a little then stops. It will need the condenser fan. I left the top cover off and put in the garage. That should help until I come back. I looked up the part and created an estimate. Please double check I have the correct part number for the condenser fan please. ; saved tckt

Installed the provided belt and tested it with cycles. It works great with no issues.

The customer tried to fix the machine and replaced the belt. It turned out that they damaged one wheel and burned the plastic. I made some adjustments as needed.

Customer said there is lint collecting behind dryer and they are concerned about the duct being disconnected. Pulled adjacent washer out to inspect duct. Checked and did not find duct to be disconnected or any major tears. There may have been a small tear in the vent because of visable air movement behind machine. Used duct tape to seal up as best as possible. Does not appear to have any air leaks at this time.

"The machine was not running due to a bad door switch. I replaced it with a brand new one, and after testing cycles, it works great."

F5E2 error code. Put unit into diagnostics and verify error. Saw stored error code. Replaced lid lock and tested. Works great now.

Dishwasher not draining well. Takes 2 drains typically to get water drained out. We disconnected the drain line and made sure no restrictions in it. We removed the drain pump and made sure the pump had good tension to the impeller. Found that there was a spot where drain line was twisted and bent over on itself. We got that unbent and used a bracket to keep it from losing its shape: drains great now.

"Dryer not drying clothes well, not heating, and vent going outside hasnt been cleaned in a long time. At least 7 years. We ended up cleaning out a gallon roughly of lint from inside the dryer, also scooped lint out from vent behind dryer and outside where it vents out. Found a bad igniter and belt. Replaced both of those: now it heats well, runs well. Customer is going to clean the vent going outside themselves.

Install new control board from last diagnosis once it was installed tested every feature to make sure it was working properly. Everything is working great customer is happy that we got it back going for them and they dont have to replace it.

"Dryer making noise, disassembled the unit found the rear rollers worn out, quoted the customer, customer approved, installed cycled and test unit working as it should.

Replaced bad motor and blower wheel. Vacuumed out dryer and bulkhead. Cleaned and oiled rollers. Runs great now.

"Fridge was in the 50s. Confirmed with newfi, found the ff evaporator fan had error codes that it stopped running. Replaced bad evaporator fan. Cooling great.

The customer said the dishwasher was not washing the dishes well. I ran the dishwasher and it gets the correct amount of water. I can hear it wash but the pressure seems low. I opens the door and the spray arms did not move. I checked the filter and it was clean. I pulled the dishwasher out and replaced the wash pump. I ran it and now the spray arms spin. I advised the customer to run the faucet until the water is hot and to not prewash the dishes. I also recommended powder soap or pods.

"Installed new display cover. Unit still giving error for not draining half way through. Started a cycle and let run for 10 minutes opened and lots of suds. Could be just from not completing cycles. Customer is using platinum plus packet. Checked the pressure switch it all gummed up with old soap. That could cause this issue also. Replaced hose, pressures switch and display trim. Let unit run for about 20 minutes never had an issue with any coats coming up. It did drain during the cycle and refilled it without an issue.

The timer was not advancing. Today I replaced the timer. I set the timer to 60 and waited until the timer advanced to 50 minutes.

Water has been leaking from waterline underneath the fridge. We found the section that the customer had already located that was brittle and cracked We quoted to replace the section of waterline from where it goes through the cabinet and then goes to the water valve. We used one John guest fitting as well as some waterline. Theres also a section of waterline coming out of the water valve for the icemaker that is leaking a little bit so we cut off the end of the waterline there and re-inserted it into the valve. After this discovered a small crack in the valve body itself. Went to Dey to get replacement. Replaced valve and reinserted lines. No leaks now.

"Control non responsive on arrival. Pulled back of machine off took pictures of connections, and replaced the board. Machince still unresponsive, discovered no power to board, found a bad connection on terminal block had burned up, replaced with new terminal block and spliced on new connection. Re installed old board. Machine working fine now.

"Returned with parts , install new filter board, install new PCB board. Put unit back mounted and turned on ran for 5 min then drained unit. Unit seemed to be working normal at this time"

Customer stated the oven stopped baking. Tested the bake igniter and found it not working. Replaced the igniter cycled and tested the oven now works on bake

"Customer complaint is, I have a LRG3085ST range that keeps going through ignitors and wondering if there is something else I am missing that is causing them to go out. The last one only lasted about 2 weeks. Inspected and tested. Found the burner tube is cracked by the igniter and the flame spreader is cracked and sagging above the igniter. I showed this to the customer and hes going to replace those parts."

"Customer complaint is, SOME ITEMS ARE NOT DRYING PROPERLY AND A COMFORTER MELTED. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on a timed dry with the lower heat setting and heat is cycling between 195F and 120F. I turned dryer up to the highest setting and its cycling between 210F and 125F. I turned the sanitize cycle on and its only getting to 220F at the hottest point. Airflow on outside of house is good at 28mph. I called Techline and talked with Steve and the temperature are maybe a little high, but hes thinking its more of a fabric issue. If you have a big comforter in there thats made from synthetic materials, its going to get hotter in there because its taking up more room and theres a better chance its going to melt. Were going to replace the cycling thermostat. Installed new cycling thermostat and tested. Its cycling between 185F and 110F on low heat and 200F and 125F on high heat. Dryer is now fixed."

The dryer does not heat at all. I pulled the dryer out and removed the back panel. I tested the thermal fuse and found its bad. I replaced the fuse and tested the dryer. The dryer is heating good and the air flow is good. I took the lint screen out and cleaned it up good.

"Leaking water through bearing area. Need special sealant between bearing and transmission shaft. Will need to be ordered. Need new pump 205217P as well. Impeller is crackling and not pumping out water. The dishwasher does not wash the dishes. The dishwasher will fill with water but the wash pump motor does not kick in. It needs the new wash pump assembly. Im ordering the part. ; ordrd 1 W11087376 (Pump assembly)

"Customer complaint is, STARTED SMOKING. Customer had range out on the deck because it smelled so bad. Inspected and tested. I pulled the bake element out and found the insulation down by the hidden bake element started on fire and is all black and charred. Range smells terrible from the smoke. Theres no fixing this. ; saved tckt"

The freezer will randomly stop cooling and then just start again. When I arrived the freezer was not running and it was not stuck in defrost. I pulled the panel away and tapped on the thermostat. The fan and compressor started right up. The thermostat is failing and needs to be replaced. I gave a quote for the repair. ; ordrd 1 5304513033 (Thermostat)

"Customer complaint is, ICE MAKER NOT WORKING. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 40F and freezer is 1F. The ice maker is catching when it cycles and is not filling with water. I found the ice maker fill tube is frozen. Theres a service bulletin for this and they have you install a new fill tube with insulating tape. Refrigerator needs a new ice maker and fill tube. "Customer is complaint is its hard to press certain buttons on the display. The display has an overlay sticker which is all cracked and certain buttons especially on the clock for adjusting the time or temp is very hard to use. Theres no good fix besides your place in the board on this, I cannot repair the button because its internal. "Customer complaint is, BIG BURNER ISNT HOT ENOUGH AND OVEN DOOR IS LOOSE. Tenant said the front right burner is not getting hot enough. Inspected and tested. I tested all 4 burners and there all working great. I put a pot of water on the front right burner and it boiled quickly. The door is falling off. The inner and outer frames are bent and nothing is lining up and the outer glass is falling out. The handle is broken and its missing screws all over. Range needs a whole new door and burner switch part number WB24T10058. I cant find the door as one assembly. Can someone see what they want to do with this range. ; saved tckt"

The customer said the washer was not draining and it was giving the OE air. I replaced a drain pump and ran diagnostics and the washer is draining perfectly fine no other issues found.

"The oven was making noises, and I noticed the igniter had 1 amp, which indicated it was out of spec. After replacing it with a new igniter, the unit heats up fast and works great."

Replaced bad main pcb. Old pcb didnt allow customer to select cycle and it would randomly beep. Runs great now.
