Customer stated the dryer stopped heating found the heating element was broken, the idler pulley was locked up. Replaced the heating element and the wheel and belt kit. Cycled and tested the dryer is working as it should.

Customer stated top not washing and detergent not dissolving. Previous Bosch tech replaced main board, drain pump, sump assembly and diverter. Bosch wanted second opinion on unit. Case number 3045124492. Bosch to reach out to customer.

Installed new water valve and injector assembly, functioning properly, checked for leaks multiple times, no leaks

Took unit apart removed bad gear case and splutch assembly. Replaced it with new fastened everything back together. Took control panel apart. Replaced central controlled unit plugged unit back in ran a recalibration cycle. Unit sounds great working great done.

Used oven cart to uninstall wall microwave. Removed magnetron and replaced with new magnetron supplied by GE. Tested operations. Microwave now has correct amp draw. Placed cup of water in microwave for one minute. Verified microwave is now heating. Reinstalled microwave.

Provided quote for evaporator fan motor with fan blade replacement. Repair approved. Also unplugged ice maker and auger motor assembly. If noise continues after today I can only assume that is coming from the sealed system refrigerant flowing through the evaporator coil.

Returned with ui and main board, replaced both boards, ran test cycle, all functions working properly, no leaks

Upon arrival opened up the machine and discovered a failed wash pump. Picked up apart from day distributing and installed new wash pump and tested. Machine seems to be working properly.

Called tech line verified there was a short between main board harness and ui. Recommended replacing all components in circuit. Customer is going to buy new. Have main board for return. New lid lock shorted out immediately due to electrical issues.
