Removed lower to panel removed control board. Didnt find any burnt up relays, tapped on all the relays reassembled units were properly and then it got stuck again unit needs a new control board. Homeowners werent there but a guy was there cleaning and said that they would want it done and to order the parts. I did order parts and put them on the schedule left voicemail for Eric to give us a call back and let us know if you for surely wants to do it. Also let him know it might be under warranty. It be worth calling to see if they could get it covered or reimbursed after we did the repair. Unit is in a tight spot. I will have to pull washer out to reconnect the dryer after someone pulled out the dryer and it vented out the side and a cabinet and no way to access it. The refrigerator was not running and not cooling. When I arrived I found the fridge was plugged in and the error FF was on the display. After inspection I found the board was replaced with the wrong main board. The previous company cut the main harness and put on spade connectors to make it work. Then forced plugs in the wrong spot. I had to use the new board that was sent and do some soldering to make it work again. Now all the fans work and the compressor runs. I found the compressor has failed. I replaced the compressor and recharged it with 5.1 ounces of refrigerant.

"LEAKING UNDER THE FLOOR - UNIT IS PULLED OUT TO DRY OUT FLOOR. Sounds like it was leaking from the door and clean light was blinking and customer saw lots of suds in dishwasher. I turned breaker on and drain pump is running. Found water in the float pan underneath. Removed water and started a heavy cycle and after about 5 minutes I opened the door and its full of soap suds. I showed this to the customer and advised that its leaking from excessive soap suds in dishwasher. I ran dishwasher for over 35 minutes and never saw it leak, but theres still lots of suds. I told customer to run a cleaner through dishwasher and if it keeps sudsing up to try a different soap. Afterwards I found out customer probably got dish soap in the dishwasher right before it leaked."

"NOT HEATING. Customer said it seems to be heating later in the cycle. Customer is using timed dry, but the eco dry is on and you have to manually turn it off. I started a timed dry with the eco off and its heating, just climbing really slow. This has the heating element with 2 coils. One of the coils has failed. Installed new heating element and tested. Dryer is heating great and cycling between 205F and 120F. Dryer is now fixed."
