Evaporator fan was making a loud sound. Found that when water dispenses into the icemaker, a lot of water was leaking from the dispenser tube and running down the back of the freezer and then ice was building up around the fan. Washer not draining and customer said there was a small puddle next to left corner of washer. Tested and drain pump is not running, just hums. Found there was a small handkerchief was stuck in drain pump likly because it wouldnt drain, water might splashed over the lip of washer.Removed debris, tested with load of towels. Washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working well.

Customer stated that dishwasher leaked out of the back of dishwasher coming from island counter. Dishwasher was full of water when I got here. I ran drain and while it did drain there was rattling sound. Found that there was a piece of debris that was in the drain pump and possible jammed it and caused it to not drain and overfill, causing the water to leak from door.Removed debris, tested dishwasher and no leaks while im running it and dishwasher is draining.Dishwasher is working well.

Customer states that the clothes in the washer were still very wet but did not have standing water inside tub. Also customer said it was stuck on the rinse cycle and did smell like something was burning.Customer then a few days later ran a drain and spin and then the load did spin out. The load was spun out when I got here. The load is a large blanket and when I tested load the wash would go out of balance and hit the out of balance lever and then stop the load.I showed and explained to customer that with one large item that the washer will have a hard time to balance the load and suggested to add some towels to help balance out the load. Same is true with sheets, mats, rugs. Also to use the bulky load option.I ran test and evened out the load and washer did agitate, drain and spin.Washer is working well as im here.

LG has dryer customer stated had a fire inside it. Disassembled dryer. Could not find evidence of any fire or any fire damage other than part of interior exhaust vent is burnt. Reassembled dryer. Tested operations. Verified good air flow at exterior vent. Set to timed dry. Monitored dryer cycling between 195 and 130 degrees consistently. Contacted LG tech support. Tech support gave me a case number: tcc250203042928. Advised to give to customer to contact LG customer service. Stated the discoloring of the interior vent is normal over time but may have started sooner due to possibly using too hot of a setting.
