The customers dryer drum isnt tumbling.I removed the top, toe kick and loosened the right side panels. I doing the drum belt laying on the floor of the dryer cabinet. It had busted and fallen out of place. I did find that the belt had been rubbing against the idler wheel and a different piece of the motor. I explained what I found to the owner and he was already concerned about the drum wheels. Ultimately the customer decided not to go forward with the repair.

Customer states leaking, found water leaking from tub ring when bleach dispenser is activated, holes in tub ring for drainage clogged with facial tissue, removed tissue and retested, no further leaks

Customer states cant remove filter, hot water coming out of dispenser, and ice production slow. customer not using enough force to remove filter, removed and replaced filter for customer. Also found under sink fridge connected to hot water and DW connected to cold water, switched fill hoses around so that fridge is rxing cold water and DW rxing hot water.

I slid the dishwasher out from the countertop, unplugged it and turned it on its left side to access the defective motor assembly. I removed the old motor and accompanied hardware, then installed a new motor that I ordered. Attached all plumbing and hardware and returned the appliance to its upright position. I didnt find any foreign objects inside the old motor that were creating the loud noise. I started a wash cycle and verified that the dishwasher fills, washes, drains and diverts like normal. Double checked for water leaks, found none. The appliance is good for normal, every use.

Unit is dead. Found that unit is getting power. Unplugged unit waited then plugged back in. Unit started to work. Explained these have some issues with this exact problem. If unit comes back would need control board and display board. WD21X24901C main boardWD21X31902C display board

Complaint is that unit is not cooling. Found open compressor winding. Installed replacement compressor and filter drier. Pressure tested to 150psi, no leaks present. Vacuumed unit down to 450 microns, unit held at 650. Charged with 60g of r600 refrigerant. Final pressures of 0 and 55.
